I certify that I have the authority to authorize payments from this account. I also understand this amount will be applied in due date order of the selected invoices. ACH  (3) ACH Authorization By clicking "Pay Now", I authorize Thomasville Furniture Xpress, Inc. to electronically debit my account. I certify that I have the authority to authorize payments from this account. In the case the transaction is returned, I understand that Thomasville Furniture Xpress, Inc. may, at its discretion, attempt to reprocess the charge again within 30 days and agrees to an additional $35.00 charge for each attempt returned.
